First Pass Agreement
Designed for practices, clinics and hospitals that employ their own in-house Clinical Engineers to support their equipment, First Pass Service from BC Technical offers a true cooperative Agreement that saves you money while ensuring you have the service and support resources in place to deliver the uptime needed.
First Pass Service Agreements are available to all customers who have a Clinical Engineer that has been trained by the OEM or BC Technical on the covered system(s). This type of Agreement provides an ideal backup in the event you need extra help because of increased workload or staff shortfalls. You can also call on First Pass Service when additional outside expertise is needed to handle unusual or unique service challenges.
Service Agreements include coverage on coldheads, compressors, lines, helium fills and remote monitoring to avoid damage to the system and reduce the chance of cryogen loss.
Avoid disruption to your imaging practice and your patients’ schedules with proactive, Preventative Maintenance by BC Technical. Preventative Maintenance is performed by our nationwide service force, featuring the industry’s most tenured Field Service Engineers (FSEs) who average over 21 years of experience. BC Technical offers flexible scheduling that will allow Preventative Maintenance to be completed outside of your normal operating hours, helping you maximize uptime.
